Natalie Wainwright

Vice President of the tenant representation division at Logic Commercial Real Estate Natalie Wainwright represents corporate users in the leasing and purchasing of their commercial real estate in the Las Vegas, Henderson and Reno Markets with an emphasis on office & flex space.  Natalie personally advises many of top companies on their most complex and highest value real estate projects. In aggregate, Natalie has completed over 500 unique real estate projects spanning millions of square feet of transactions. She is an expert in strategic planning, market assessment, financial analysis, deal structuring, negotiations, process management, and all aspects of commercial real estate. Natalie was with Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Logic in 2019 and has served as the CREW Las Vegas chapter President.
