NO. It’s completely FREE to apply and submit an application.
If you are selected as a semi-finalist, you are invited to participate in the startup competition and pitch live on stage at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas during AnySizeDeals Week 2021 and compete for a chance to win the ASDCup.
*You are responsible for your own accommodations, airfare and food.
If you are interested in exhibiting at AnySizeDeals Week you would have to register as a normal vendor. We do recommend that the semi-finalists purchase as an exhibit booth but it is NOT a requirement and does NOT affect your eligibility in the ASDCup competition.
The benefit of having an exhibit booth is that potential customers will have an opportunity to see your product during the 4 days.

At ASDCup we focus exclusively on early stage PropTech firms, either they recently launched or plan on launching at AnySizeDeals Week. Our goal is to be a discovery platform for the PropTech ecosystem.
ASDCup is truly an avenue to discover the Next Big Thing! in the PropTech ecosystem and that’s why we focus exclusively on early stage firms.
The amount of money you’ve raised does NOT prevent you from participating in the ASDCup Startup competition.
Whether you’ve raise $0 or $20 million you are eligible to apply.
Founders of diverse and underrepresented communities are encouraged to apply. The focus of ASDCup is on being a source of discovery for the next amazing PropTech company and we believe founders of diverse backgrounds can and will have a huge impact on the transformation of the real estate industry.

NO. The application process is open to all companies throughout the world.
We DO NOT help with Visa’s, accommodations or air travel, it’s the companies responsibility to ensure the proper visa’s and secure their hotel accommodations.
AnySizeDeals Week does have a ROOM BLOCK at the Venetian Resort that is reserved for the festival attendees and we HIGHLY recommend that all participants stay on site.
When the application process opens on June 3rd, 2020, any company or person authorized to represent a company can submit an online application.
The applications are reviewed by a selection committee and the semi-finalists who will be participating at AnySizeDeals Week 2021 in Las Vegas are announced on August 15th, 2021.
If you are one of the semi-finalists that are selected to pitch at the ASDCup during AnySizeDeals Week, please make sure at least one member of the team can be there in Las Vegas to present.
If you are not able to attend the event, another team will be selected in your place.
At ASDCup we focus exclusively on early stage PropTech firms, either they recently launched or plan on launching at AnySizeDeals Week. Our goal is to be a discovery platform for the PropTech ecosystem.

We do require at least an MVP or working demo of your product.
