John Hinckley, is a seasoned entrepreneur who has focused the past 16 years creating technology-based solutions for the multifamily real estate and student housing industry. He Co-Founded of IRIO, the first text messaging solution for multifamily, and has spent the past 9 years leading Modern Message which is best known for creating Community Rewards, the #1 resident engagement and loyalty platform for apartment communities in the US. In January 2020, Modern Message was acquired by RealPage where he now serves as the SVP, Living Suite at RealPage. John currently lives in Dallas, Texas with wife Kate, and 3 children.
