Dave is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of cross-industry expertise in commercial real estate and technology start up companies. As Co-founder of SkyMode and as part of the founding team and CFO of both Audiosocket and Lidcore, Dave worked to build each company from the ground up into innovative technology companies. He spent 11 years with CRE developer Wright Runstad & Company. As a Director with Avatar Financial Group, Dave leads CRE debt origination for the industry-leading and highly respected private lender.
