Cate Agnew

Cate Agnew is the US Head of Real Estate Valuation for Natixis CIB (Groupe BPCE), whose subsidiaries include AEW. Her professional and educational background is in finance, valuation, asset management, and risk management Cate holds the designations of FRICS, MAI, CRE, and HypZert MLV. She is a founding member of and on the Advisory Board for Women in Prop Tech (WiPT). At Natixis, Cate effected multiple impact technology solutions using existing systems, optimizing business- to-financial-reporting. In her role on the Advisory Board of Rockport PA, LLC/ Moody’s Analytics, Cate influences and improves PropTech initiatives including market/industry trends. As an advisor to publicly held Colibri/McKissock, Cate grew their on-line education from US to international organizations. Cate is a Founding Member, former President, and Board Member of NY CREW (now CREWNY); she is 2019 Globe ELITE Woman of Influence and 2019 Commercial Observer Barrier Breaker.
