Anne Rivers is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation. In the strategic development group, she is charged with helping drive critical initiatives to support and execute long-term growth while driving synergy among the HHC’s internal and external brands. She incorporates deep research insights to drive important objectives and leverages her prior experience in investment banking, corporate and agency roles to build strategic marketing plans and steward the development of creative executions and activations. She has been building brand strategies for over 25 years, serving as a strategic consultant to many Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of strategy, image, branding and corporate reputation issues. She has had extensive experience across industries including hospitality, real estate, sports, financial services, and consumer categories including brands like DuPont, American Express, Google, Related Companies, NFL and Levi’s Strauss. Anne contributes frequently to The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times, as well as key industry forums including the Marketing Science Institute. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago.
