Amy Lance is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has more than 20 years of industry experience and specializes in the representation of owner/landlords and tenant/buyers relating to the leasing and sales of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Amy was a Vice President on the Las Vegas Office Team at CBRE where Amy had the pleasure of representing some of the Las Vegas valley’s most notable Class A, Mixed Use and single story flex developments including the One Summerlin, Downtown Summerlin, Two Summerlin, 1700 Pavilion, The Canyons and Plazas at Summerlin, The Gramercy, The Park at Spanish Ridge, Rainbow Sunset Pavilion, AXIOM, Marnell Corporate Center, Green Valley Corporate Center North & South, The District and The HC.
