David is responsible for business development covering a multi state territory from Oregon to New Jersey. This role combines reaching out to new and existing G5 clients and working with both marketing and operational teams to help Multifamily operators drive higher rents and/or net operating income. This is accomplished by leveraging the property management company’s existing property management software and CRM tools to integrate with G5 websites, digital advertising, and the G5 chat bot. David turns data into results.
Prior to joining G5, David has had a 17 year career in digital marketing. Starting with his own business – a health and fitness magazine and event business, David has managed 10s of millions of dollars in ad spend generating results for auto dealerships, hospital systems and attorneys. For 5 years, David has specialized in the multifamily space serving as Regional Sales Director at Rentpath in addition to G5.
David has worked with the Michaels Organization on several properties with various G5 solutions. David and his account manager have been very responsive and the Michaels Organization has seen great value in their partnership.
